Camera and photo library access
Plantora may request access to your camera or photo library so you can analyze plant images, identify plants, or review possible plant health issues. These permissions are only used for features you choose to use.
Third-party AI processing
Plantora uses third-party AI services, including OpenAI, to support features such as plant analysis. When you choose to use these features, relevant photo data may be securely transmitted for analysis. We do not share unrelated personal contact details for those requests, and we configure service usage to avoid model training from submitted data where supported.
Storage and security
Your information is stored using service providers selected to support application functionality and account management. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. If account deletion is available in the app, using that flow may permanently remove associated data from our systems, subject to technical and legal requirements.
