Use of the app

Plantora is intended for personal plant care, plant organization, and general informational support. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with service operation, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity associated with your account.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Paid features may be offered through Apple In-App Purchase.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Any free trial terms, if offered, are governed by the App Store purchase flow shown at the time of purchase.

AI feature disclaimer

Plant identification, health review, and chatbot-style guidance are informational features only. They are not a substitute for professional horticultural, botanical, agricultural, or medical advice. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these terms when required by product, legal, or business changes.
